What do speech therapists do?
Most people associate speech therapy with stuttering or with kids who need to learn to say sounds correctly. The reality is that speech therapists treat so much more! Our clinical expertise range from speech to swallowing, and our training includes work with all speech-related conditions, including the formation of speech, content of speech, and use of speech (socially).
Our business opened its doors in Huntsville, AL, in July 2022. We offer services for all areas of communication and related disorders. One of our team’s goals is to increase awareness of the different disorders speech therapists treat to help people get the treatment they need.

We tailor our schedules to ensure that we are accessible to answer questions and help each family be involved in the therapy process. We have found that the more involved families are, the more progress patients make in speech therapy.
Social Skills Groups
We offer social skills groups for kids and teens each quarter to address skills such as working on a team, communicating feelings with others in the most appropriate way, taking turns, responding to bullies appropriately, and many other social skills that can be challenging.
